Anti-Spam Policy

At Rankingeek Automation, we are committed to providing valuable and permission-based marketing automation services. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam. This policy explains our definition of spam, the rules we enforce for all users, and how we comply with international anti-spam laws.

1. What Is Spam?

Spam (junk email) is unsolicited and bulk electronic messaging. In this policy, it covers any email, SMS, or other electronic message that:

  • Is sent to a recipient who has not granted explicit, verifiable permission to receive it.
  • Contains false or misleading header information, subject lines, or originating addresses.
  • Does not provide a clear, functioning unsubscribe (opt-out) mechanism for future messages.

2. Our Stance on Spam

The use of our services to send spam is strictly prohibited. Any customer found using Rankingeek Automation to send spam will have their account immediately terminated. We actively monitor our platform for patterns consistent with spam activity and employ automated and manual systems to prevent abuse.

3. Rules for Using Our Services (Your Compliance)

By using our marketing automation services, you agree to follow these rules (aligned with laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR):

  • A. Permission is Paramount (The “Golden Rule”):
    • Send messages only to contacts who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from you. You are responsible for proving consent if requested.
    • Prohibited: Purchased, rented, or harvested email lists.
    • Prohibited: Adding emails to your list without clear, affirmative consent (e.g., via a signup form).
    • Recommended: Use confirmed (double) opt-in as best practice.
  • B. Accurate Header Information: Your “From,” “To,” “Reply-To,” and routing information (including originating domain and email address) must be accurate and clearly identify you or your business.
  • C. Honest Subject Lines: The subject line must accurately reflect the content of the message—no deceptive or misleading tactics.
  • D. Clear Identification as an Ad: Where applicable, clearly identify promotional or commercial messages.
  • E. A Valid Physical Postal Address: Every commercial email must include your valid physical postal address (street address, registered PO box, or private mailbox).
  • F. A Clear and Conspicuous Unsubscribe Link:
    • Every email must include a single-click, clearly worded, functioning unsubscribe (opt-out) link.
    • Honor all unsubscribe requests promptly and automatically. Do not charge a fee or require more than an email address to process them.
    • Do not send further messages to anyone who has unsubscribed.

4. How We Enforce This Policy

  • Automated Screening: Campaigns are scanned for common spam characteristics, poor list quality, and known spam traps.
  • User Reporting: Every email includes an unsubscribe link and a link to report spam directly to us.
  • Investigations: We investigate all reports of abuse and policy violations.
  • Penalties: Violations result in immediate suspension or termination without refund; serious offenses may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Reporting Spam

If you suspect that a user of Rankingeek Automation is sending spam—or you received unsolicited email from a domain owned by us—please report it to our team. We investigate every report.
